The vicious and brilliant Dar al-harb terrorist known as The Scorpion has obtained a small nuclear weapon and plans on launching a second attack at the same time the Djinn Jihad is happening on the other side of town. An ancient enemy of the Dar al-harb arrives; an ever-living warrior named Cyrus the Dead Guy. He is on a mission to stop the Scorpion and the Dar al-harp for good.
