Story 1: The River People. As a child, Kim’s aunt told her that when you are naughty and stick your hand out of the car, all the people who drowned in the Ohio River will swim up to punish you.

Story 2: The Hundred Keys. Tina has a recurring dream: in her hand are 100 keys. With her are 100 friends. Her task? To open 100 rooms in an old mansion. Only she begins to notice that one of her friends vanishes each time a room is opened.

The River People is an ongoing collection of strange dreams and eerie stories from the Ohio River Valley, funded in part by the Indiana Arts Commission.
