City in the grips of a crime wave. On top of that five known psycho have made this state their new base of operation. The city has lost hope in hero in mask and vigilantes. A new hero comes but is out to get the five psycho killers and not the city or states crime rate. Story is about a group of city cops one dead body behind the battle of a hero. They piece the events together and figure out what lead to the dead body.
