It’s an old superstition, but many hotels have no thirteenth floor. The elevators go from the twelfth floor to the fourteenth. Such is the case with the mysterious hotel dubbed The Eldritch Arms. Except on every Friday the 13th. On that day, the elevators stop on a floor that doesn’t exist, opening a portal to a hellscape teeming with lovecraftian nightmares.

And the only way to keep that portal in check, to keep all the evils on the other side from overrunning our world, is with a blood sacrifice. At least until the day a legendary monster hunter steps into the hotel to put an end to it once and for all. But to do so, he must confront his past, accept his future, then meet his fate.

And kill a lot of monsters.
