In bed, Laziva kills the son of renowned doctor Tomás Aguirre, who is also a powerful mobster. Dr. Aguirre offers a big reward for her capture. Now Laziva will have to fight, not only for her life, but also to protect the man who loves. They will rape and torture her, and try to break her, but they will only unleash the fury of the Psycho-Whore.

Laziva tells the story of Ivelis, an 18 year old high school student, that during the day fights thiefs and gangs at school, but when night falls, she becomes a prostitute assasin called the Psycho-Whore.
