FUNNYMAN is a reboot of the Siegel and Shuster’s comeback book that failed, but the cover is more reminiscent of Spider-Man than Superman. There is wit, energy and absurdity throughout. I got some of the same buzz I had reading my first ten Spidey adventures before I got sick of the franchise. (I sense some Bugs Bunny, too.)
