Wolfgang Von Harsack was born with a keen mind and an unusual talent that allows him to control the power of magic. However he has spent his life trying to keep his gift hidden knowing that the dragon lords that rule his home world of Rhain, would use his talents for their own ends. But on the day of his wedding, as he travelled to the nearby city of Mayre, he and his beloved Ninfire Lan were attacked by the magical police force known as the Maghim. With no fear of retribution, the Maghim attacked both Ninfire and Wolfgang. In the end both Ninfire and Wolfgang were slain in the assault. But that was not the end of our tale… it is only the beginning! “The Chronicles of Mayre” follows a resurrected Wolfgang Von Harsack on his unending quest for revenge. In time his powers will grow and with it his responsibilities to those around him. But all Wolfgang desires is revenge! Will he push his hate aside to become the hero the world of Rhain has always prayed for? Or will he become an evil greater than that of the dragons he so despises?
