The long awaited Cryptozoology special delves into the murky mysteries of strange supernatural beasts at large in the British countryside and continues the intrigue of ish 12 (such as it was). This issue features a plethora of supernatural, mysterious and just plain weird beasts including dragons, alien lizards and a ghost monkey on the cover, (because an old man once told me that comics with monkeys on the cover sell better). Also includes the secret history of sixties garage rock and a critical reappraisal of Return To Oz. Obviously with loads of jokes, thrown in at random
Hope For The Future is an ongoing comic book series, following three students, Hannah, Lee and Greg as they try to go about their normal lives, whilst beset at every turn by strange events, bizarre coincidences and the creeping suspicion that they are being stalked by some octopoid international conspiracy based around the magical underworld. The series takes in our heroes' attempts to avert the impending apocalypse (utilising the ancient art of heckling and the wearing of humorous wigs), battles with unstoppable invading robot armies and a marauding Santa Claus monster, and adventures in time travel, ghost hunting and death metal.
