Whatever happened to the gods of old? Two thousand years ago the “gods” made humankind forget them, forget that the gods actually existed. Forget they walked among us. Why? The gods had their reasons. Some hoped to see humankind evolve in their absence, hoped to see humans become beings of greater power and abilities. The gods disappeared into myth, legend and folklore.
