Tate Williams is a by the book New Jersey cop who becomes a rogue and drunk detective after witnessing the murder of his family by a dark hooded warlock that claims to be a ancient enemy of his great ancestor the Mystic Dragons. After numerous encounter against criminals that embody supernatural spirits Tate Williams denies he is not so human him self by hiding his dark-side behind tinted shades, which shields the sacred power from dark forces that wishes to possess it.
UGAARA is a destine guardian of the (Mystic Dragons) who must battle to protect his ancestors sacred weapons from the dark forces that now possesses their great power. A god like power that can only be unleashed by a destine guardian who blood holds the key to the Mystical Weapons true abilities.
